1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied with Mr. Cloak within 30 days of your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of your first payment
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Your account must not have been terminated for abuse or fraud
- This policy applies only to your first payment (not renewal payments)
3. Free Trial Period
We offer a 7-day free trial with no payment required. During this period, you can evaluate the service at no cost. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment after the trial period ends.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your Mr. Cloak account
- Navigate to the Billing section in your dashboard
- Contact our support team with your refund request
- Provide your transaction ID and reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for payment (USDT)
- Refunds will be sent to the wallet address from which payment was received
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your wallet
- Network transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Renewal payments (only the first payment is eligible)
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
- Payments made more than 30 days ago
- Partial month refunds (we do not prorate)
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period. No refund is issued for the current period unless you are within the 30-day refund window from your first payment.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us directly for refund requests instead of initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
9. Service Downtime
We strive for maximum uptime. In the rare event of extended service outages, we may offer prorated credits or refunds at our discretion. Short-term downtime for maintenance or unforeseen issues does not qualify for automatic refunds.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
